- How Counseling Became My Saving Grace and Passion -
I experienced a significant trauma in high school that completely altered the course of my life. Before that, anxiety wasn’t something I thought much about. But from that point on, it became a persistent presence in my daily experience.

The joy I once felt as a passionate teen was taken from me, and I didn’t know how to regain control. Then, a friend encouraged me to try therapy. Through individual counseling, I learned how to process, overcome, and cope with my experience. I discovered that it was possible to live a life separate from anxiety and reclaim my sense of self. This transformative journey inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others find their own path forward, despite the pain, trauma, and misfortunes they have endured.

Therapeutic Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of diverse experience, I have witnessed firsthand the complexity of the human experience. My journey in this field has taken me through a variety of roles, each one enriching my understanding of people, healing, and growth. Through it all, one thing remains constant: my commitment to creating a space where you are seen, heard, and valued.
My approach is not about simply managing the surface-level symptoms; it's about uncovering the deeper roots that shape your struggles. Too often, we spend our lives reacting to symptoms, while the true causes of our pain remain buried beneath. Authenticity lies at the heart of my work because I believe real transformation happens when we communicate openly and honestly. Together, we will explore what’s underneath, uncover your strengths, face your challenges, and outline your goals.
